Points are not converted to RFR automatically. Rather, the rewards that you receive at the end of a campaign depend on which tier you finish in. You can see the tiers and their rewards on the right side of every hub page. 

In our example image below, for instance, we can see that the user has earned enough points to be in the top 100 of players, placing him in the Gold tier. If he can maintain this tier until the campaign ends, he will receive 5,000 RFR tokens.
